What's up with Josie's Summer Riding Dress?

I hope this question hasn't already been posted.... but I noticed that this outfit is featured (in the latest catalogue) with some other dresses that are on sale and rumored to be retiring. Does anyone know what the status of this dress is? I love it and I would hate to see it go. I also don't have it yet and I'm over budget for AG stuff this month, so I really hope it will stay around for a while. Any ideas?

CS said not long ago that they won't be retiring any of Josefina's dresses because she has so few. Then again, CS isn't always right.

I really really would hate to see AG retire any of the core outfits. There are already rumors that Molly's camp outfit will be retired (because it is on sale at the outlet, for no apparent reason) if this goes too?

Maybe they will replace it with something really cool, but in my eyes, the book cover outfits, shouldn't be changed and photoshopped to match.

I am looking at that same catalog right now (came with Jess) and they do have those summer dresses featured that we have all been talking about lately. Kit's Reds Fan outfit is dead center on Kit's page and it's been awhile since I have seen it pictured this big in a catalog.

I love this catalog though. (version with Jess doll and girl on the beach on cover) There is a picture of AG 26 on page 60 that I absolutely love. She is definitely going to be our next addition! [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img] [img]smile.gif[/img]

If it makes you feel any better, they don't have that outfit at the outlet. The only Josefina outfit they have is the weaving one, which I am a little concerned about since they have discontinued so many of the other short story outfits, but it is still at full price.
